describes "Manege Patterns" with good diagrams to give you lots of
exercises to ride along with clear descriptions of their purpose in making your
horse a better athlete.

This is a thorough manual of classical riding by a
former director of the Spanish Riding School in Vienna
The Art

This is a translation of a book
that is over 23 centuries old but still amazingly relevant today.
